With over a decade of experience, Rachel has pioneered inclusive arts programming for individuals with and without disabilities, striving to break down barriers and celebrate diversity. Rachel's work spans nonprofit management, training educators in creative teaching strategy, and generating inclusive arts programming ranging from collaborative community works, classes, performances and exhibitions. Her unique perspective at the intersection of art, therapy, education, and inclusion create opportunities that foster creative expression, enhance emotional well-being, confidence, and identity in her participants.
